Twillx® 1622 is an environmentally friendly wipe designed for cleanrooms rated ISO Class 6 (Class 1000) and above. It is made from 100% cotton woven in a twill pattern and bias cut to minimize contamination. Twillx® 1622 is engineered for tough cleaning applications requiring absorbency, strength and heat resistance. Twillx® 1622 is a sturdy wiper that permits cleaning and wiping of heated surfaces as well as polishing and burnishing rigid disk surfaces. Cleanroom Laundered Polyester Microfiber Knitted Wiper. MicroPolx 1100 is a 100% polyester microfiber sealed edge cleanroom wipe, laundered and packaged in an ISO Class 4 cleanroom. The wiper’s microfiber yarn has 3 times the surface area of standard polyester yarns, resulting in a soft smooth surface and more efficient cleaning performance. Laser cut edges and a proprietary laundering process provide critically low particle and fiber release as well as best-in-class ion and non-volatile residue levels. MicroPolx 1100 is recommended for sensitive applications in ISO Class 4 (Class 10) and above cleanrooms.

Pro-Wipe® 750 is a solvent-resistant wiper with superior absorbency. It makes an excellent upgrade for industrial wiper users. It is composed of a layer of cellulose bonded between two outer layers of polypropylene. This combination of properties provides Pro-Wipe® 750 with exceptional cleanliness, absorbency, and chemical resistance to strong solvents.

Berkshire SatPax® 1000 combines Durx® 670 nonwoven wipers (composed of a hydroentangled nonwoven blend of 55% cellulose and 45% polyester) with various saturation levels of isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and DI water. This combination of properties provides Polx® 1200 with the cleanliness, abrasion resistance and chemical compatibility required for ISO Class 5 and above environments and applications requiring critical control of contaminants combined with good performance. Polx® 1200 is meant to and lower cost less critical nonwovens. Complies with RoHS 2002/05 and REACH requirements. Designed for applications requiring better cleanliness than a nonwoven, but not the high level of cleanliness provided by a laundered knit.

CapSure®–VP is a sealed-edge, cleanroom-laundered wiper that has been specially engineered for superior surface cleaning ability. A patent-pending surface treatment enables the wiper to capture and retain particulate contamination, resulting in more efficient cleaning and reduced likelihood of cross contamination of critical surfaces. MicroSeal-VP wipers are 100% continuous filament knit polyester with ultrasonically sealed edges. The wipers are lightweight and tightly knitted to minimize abrasion of critical components. Berkshire ValuSeal® IonX® is a laser-sealed-edge, cleanroom laundered wiper recommended for ISO Class 3 and above cleanroom environments.
