Labx® 170 is a cleaner alternative to industrial tissues and wipes. It makes an excellent wafer separator, wet bench liner, laboratory workmat, material packaging, and/or blotter. Labx® 170 is used in laboratories, medical and dental clinics, and biotech research facilities as well as within environments relating to semiconductor, circuit board, pharmaceutical or biomedical device manufacturing.

Lensx® 90 is 100% cleanroom lens cleaning wipe & tissue. It is made from 70% rayon and 30% cellulose. Lensx® 90 is engineered for extreme softness and for use in the cleaning of delicate lens surfaces.

CapSure®–VP is a sealed-edge, cleanroom-laundered wiper that has been specially engineered for superior surface cleaning ability. A patent-pending surface treatment enables the wiper to capture and retain particulate contamination, resulting in more efficient cleaning and reduced likelihood of cross contamination of critical surfaces. CapSure®–VP has the high level of cleanliness and abrasion resistance of cross contamination of critical surfaces. CapSure®–VP applications requiring critical control of contaminants. Complies with RoHS 2002/05 and REACH requirements.

MicroSeal SuperSorb® is an absorbent, ultrasonically sealed-edge, cleanroom-laundered, two-ply wiper. It is composed of 100% continuous filament polyester knit fabric. MicroSeal SuperSorb® offers the highest levels of cleanliness, abrasion resistance, and chemical compatibility for use in environments rated ISO Class 3 and above. This is Berkshire’s most absorbent wiper.

MicroSeal-VP wipers are 100% continuous filament knit polyester with ultrasonically sealed edges. The wipers are lightweight and tightly knitted to minimize abrasion of critical components. Delivering low ions and extractable residues, this highly absorbent wiper is available in economical value packaging.

UltraSeal® 3000 is a high-sorbency, tubular, sealed-edge, cleanroom-laundered, two-ply wiper recommended for use in controlled environments rated ISO Class 3 and above. It is composed of 100% continuous filament polyester knit fabric. These properties provide UltraSeal® 3000 with the highest levels of cleanliness, abrasion resistance, and chemical compatibility required for applications in which critical control of contaminants is necessary. UltraSeal® 3000 provides excellent cleaning effectiveness in tough applications due to its patented edge seal and pinsonic design.

Cleanroom Laundered Polyester Microfiber Knitted Wiper. MicroPolx 1100 is a 100% polyester microfiber sealed edge cleanroom wipe, laundered and packaged in an ISO Class 4 cleanroom. The wiper’s microfiber yarn has 3 times the surface area of standard polyester yarns, resulting in a soft smooth surface and more efficient cleaning performance. Laser cut edges and a proprietary laundering process provide critically low particle and fiber release as well as best-in-class ion and non-volatile residue levels. MicroPolx 1100 is recommended for sensitive applications in ISO Class 4 (Class 10) and above cleanrooms.

MicroPolx® 2750 is a sealed-edge, cleanroom-laundered wiper recommended for ISO Class 4 and above. It is composed of a polyester and nylon knitted microfiber / microdenier fabric. This combination of properties provides MicroPolx® 2750 with the high level of cleanliness, abrasion resistance, and absorptive performance required for ISO Class 4 and above environments as well as applications requiring critical control of contaminants.

The Lab-Tips® Large Sampling Swab (LTP125S) is a large knitted polyester swab and an excellent choice for general cleaning and surface sampling. Its unique semi-flexible internal paddle provides greater surface coverage and groves on the handle make for easy snapping. Its cleanroom laundered knitted head provide ultra-low NVR and ion levels.
