The LT000125 large, rectangular swab is designed as a general purpose swab for cleaning small and confined areas. Its closed-cell polyurethane foam head combines superior cleanliness with particle entrapment capability. A compact, rigid handle and internal paddle provide maximum dexterity and support in confined areas.

The Lab-Tips® Large Knitted Polyester Swab (LTP125) makes an excellent choice for general purpose cleaning or surface sampling. The swab’s durable flat head and rigid internal paddle provide maximum surface coverage. Berkshire’s knitted polyester swabs are made from cleanroom-laundered, continuous filament polyester, providing purity with low ionic contamination levels. The durable, absorbent knitted polyester swabs have excellent chemical resistance and are compatible with organic solvents.

Berkshire SatPax® 1000 combines Durx® 670 nonwoven wipers (composed of a hydroentangled nonwoven blend of 55% cellulose and 45% polyester) with various saturation levels of isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and DI water. This pre-wetted wiper format provides a more cost-effective and easy-to-use solution compared to manual wetting of dry wipers, which requires bulk handling of messy solvents and maintenance of squirt bottles and results in inconsistent wetting and cleaning.

MicroPolx® 2750 is a sealed-edge, cleanroom-laundered wiper recommended for ISO Class 4 and above. It is composed of a polyester and nylon knitted microfiber / microdenier fabric. This combination of properties provides MicroPolx® 2750 with the high level of cleanliness, abrasion resistance, and absorptive performance required for ISO Class 4 and above environments as well as applications requiring critical control of contaminants.

Cleanroom Laundered Polyester Microfiber Knitted Wiper. MicroPolx 1100 is a 100% polyester microfiber sealed edge cleanroom wipe, laundered and packaged in an ISO Class 4 cleanroom. The wiper’s microfiber yarn has 3 times the surface area of standard polyester yarns, resulting in a soft smooth surface and more efficient cleaning performance. Laser cut edges and a proprietary laundering process provide critically low particle and fiber release as well as best-in-class ion and non-volatile residue levels. MicroPolx 1100 is recommended for sensitive applications in ISO Class 4 (Class 10) and above cleanrooms.

Super Polx® 1200 is a knife-cut, cleanroom-laundered wiper recommended for controlled environments rated ISO Class 4 and above. It is composed of 100% continuous filament polyester knit fabric. This combination of properties provides Super Polx® 1200 with high level of cleanliness, abrasion resistance, and chemical compatibility.

Lensx® 90 is 100% cleanroom lens cleaning wipe & tissue. It is made from 70% rayon and 30% cellulose. Lensx® 90 is engineered for extreme softness and for use in the cleaning of delicate lens surfaces.
