ValuClean® Plus is a hydroentangled rayon/polyester nonwoven wiper recommended for ISO Class 5 and above environmenst. It offers exceptional absorbency, durability and cleanliness at an economical price point. Due to 50% rayon content, ValuClean® Plus has best-in-class absorbency, reducing actual wiper usage in spill removal applications. Its soft hand and low fiber shedding performance make it a good choice in critical cleaning applications where economy is important.

Cleanroom Laundered Polyester Microfiber Knitted Wiper. MicroPolx 1100 is a 100% polyester microfiber sealed edge cleanroom wipe, laundered and packaged in an ISO Class 4 cleanroom. The wiper’s microfiber yarn has 3 times the surface area of standard polyester yarns, resulting in a soft smooth surface and more efficient cleaning performance. Laser cut edges and a proprietary laundering process provide critically low particle and fiber release as well as best-in-class ion and non-volatile residue levels. MicroPolx 1100 is recommended for sensitive applications in ISO Class 4 (Class 10) and above cleanrooms.

Gamma Wipe Supersorb® is a high sorbency, ultrasonically sealed edge cleanroom laundered, two-ply wiper, recommended for use in environments rated ISO Class 3 and above. It is composed of 100% continuous filament polyester knit fabric. Each package is gamma irradiated sterile to a 10-6 Sterility Assurance Level. This combination of properties provides Gamma Wipe Supersorb® with the high level of cleanliness, abrasion resistance and chemical compatibility required for cleaning critical sterile processing environments.

Gamma Wipe® 67 is a sterile polyester / cellulose blend wiper (45% polyester and 55% cellulose) recommended for use in environments rated ISO Class 5 and above. Each package is gamma irradiated to a 10-6 Sterility Assurance. The features and properties of the Gamma Wipe® 67 provide levels of cleanliness, abrasion resistance, and chemical compatibility appropriate for cleaning general sterile processing areas.

Sterile SatPax® 1200 combines Super Polx® 1200 cleanroom-laundered wipers (composed of 100% continuous filament polyester knit fabric) with a high saturation level of 70% IPA and 30% DI water. This pre-wetted format provides a more cost-effective and easy-to-use solution compared to manual wetting of dry wipers, which requires bulk handling of solvents and maintenance of squirt bottles and results in inconsistent wetting and cleaning. Each package is then gamma irradiated sterile to a 10-6 Sterility Assurance Level making the product ideal for cleaning critical sterile processing environments.

SatPax® 670 combines Durx® 670 nonwoven wipers (composed of a hydroentangled nonwoven blend of 55% cellulose and 45% polyester) with deionized water (DI H20) and EU Pharmacopoeia grade IPA or Ethanol. This pre-wetted format provides a more cost-effective and easy-to-use solution compared to the manual wetting of dry wipers, which requires bulk handling of solvents and maintenance of squirt bottles and results in inconsistent wetting and cleaning. Sterile versions, with various levels (%) of isopropyl alcohol (IPA) are available.

The Lab-Tips® Large Sampling Swab (LTP125S) is a large knitted polyester swab and an excellent choice for general cleaning and surface sampling.
